- Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the start of an event will receive a full refund, minus a 5 EUR administration fee and any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal).
- Cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a 50% refund minus a 5 EUR administration fee and any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal).
- Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the start of the Gathering will not receive any refund – unless a medical certificate or a death certificate from a close relative is provided, then a 100% minus a 5 EUR administration fee and any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal).
