The Traffic Light
Any group needs to set its boundaries in a transparent manner for members, both new and old, to be able to navigate more smoothly within the community.
What is needed from each member? What can be made possible? What is expected?
The Traffic Light exercise zones out these aspects to set clear boundaries.
DURATION – Around 75 minutes.

Minimum 4 – maximum 60.

size of the group

This method has the aims to:
- find out what is NEEDED; EXPECTED and SUPPORTED in a community group.
- set boundaries about group commitments.
Target audience
Community groups with a shared task.
Especially in the beginning of a project.
